Documents That May Be Requested

If verification is required, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A completed Payment Authorization Form (provided by our team).
• A copy of a government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license).
• A photo of the front and back of the payment card used for the booking.

For security purposes, you may mask or cover the first twelve digits of your card number before submitting any card images.

All verification documents should be sent securely to worldflightsagency@gmail.com.

We take privacy seriously. All information and documents provided for verification purposes are handled confidentially and used solely to confirm payment legitimacy.

Once verification is successfully completed, submitted documents are securely deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention and security practices.

Personal and financial information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to complete a booking with airlines, payment processors, or travel suppliers, or where disclosure is required under applicable United States laws and regulations.
